This is the last chapter, of the last epistle, that will be coming from Paul as he is about to meet death when Nero has him beheaded. It is absolutely packed with some dynamic teaching as Paul urges Timothy to keep the fight going for Jesus, the gospel, and the kingdom of God. In the very first verse, we are challenged with some rich thoughts that Paul is writing in the very presence of God and Jesus, who will judge the living and the dead when Jesus comes to set up the kingdom of God.
