<description>Let's face it...life sometimes is hard and can just suck. When we are faced with life's challenges we can be discouraged, get tired, and become weary. What we need is motivation, encouragement, and a helping hand that keeps us going. That's the idea of GRINDIT! We find our strength to endure when we focus on Jesus. God's own Son wasn't exempt from life's challenges and He didn't do anything to deserve what he went through! And yet He did...willingly, therefore we find our hope in Him.

<description>Christians run to Romans 1 as fast as they can to condemn what is going on in our society today because it’s easy pickings. We want to condemn the behavior that is being paraded around and being thrown in our faces, but as sick and sinful as it is, you may want to read Romans 2 before you start body slamming people over how they live. Paul starts out chapter 2 by telling the church at Rome, “You may think you can condemn such people, but you are just as bad, and you have no excuse!” The old saying is still true, “I may have a finger pointing at you, but there are three pointing back at me!”

<itunes:subtitle> “You have your truth and I have mine,” is one of the biggest lies of the devil. There is ONE truth and He is God!</itunes:subtitle>

<description>A big thing in our culture is “You have your truth and I have mine,” and what has happened is we have decided what is truth for ourselves. We have decided to do what we want and lie the way we want and to justify it, we make up our own rules and call them “truth.” Pilate asked Jesus, “What is truth?” when he was questioning him before crucifying him. The truth of the matter is, there is a standard of truth that never changes and that truth is God whether we choose to believe Him or not. He set the standard and it’s up to us to believe it, and by faith, lie by it. Sure you can reject the standard, He gives us the freedom to make that choice, but just know there is a day coming when we will suffer the consequences of rejecting God’s truth, Jesus.
